Eda-mame *Green soybeans in Japanese

Usually I use a flying pan when boiling green soybeans.
I learned that from TV program by Kentaro Kobayashi.
In this way soybeans are keeping good teste of bite.

My recommedation brand of green soybeans is "Tengu-Jirushi-Edamame".




My boy, - LoLo he's also great eater of green soy beans, it's probably needless to say.
His sometimes eats green soybeans with his dried-dogfood with.
It seems not to be good for his health, but anyway he loves!
